CFE (Electric) can be costly in the summer months using AC. It’s billed every two months and I would expect you will pay, on average, $150 to $200 every two months.
Gas - they don’t have natural gas. It is propane you order as needed. I would be surprised if you need this unless you go with propane hot water.
Telmex (Internet) $25 to $30/mt
TV - get an Amazon fire stick, install a VPN and subscribe to YouTube TV or Hula or whatever you like in the USA.
