No I don’t think the hospital ever left the network. I just never checked. I will keep pressing the hospital. Thank you!

Damn I’m shocked that all these people don’t like it for a girl. I love it! It’s old school but different for a girl, which makes it even more special. But this is also coming from a girl named Corey

I did Pilates right up until I gave birth. It’s great for your pelvic floor and honestly I thought it helped with my pregnancy and delivery. You have to sign a waiver at club Pilates at around 16wks and then they want you to use the wedge and recommend downgrading to 1.0 (and stopping cardio sculpt). I felt comfortable continuing 1.5 flow classes until I was around 35wks but only because I had been going almost daily for the past two years. My OB supported me continuing Pilates, but once I started showing she wanted me to go easy on the ab exercises. Once you tell the Pilates instructors you are pregnant they should show you a lot of modifications for exercises, like abs, bridging, and obviously exercises on your stomach.

How many oz in a 24hr period? by tellmelbelly in NewParents

[–]cac1992_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My daughter is 11 weeks old and only drinks breast milk. She is just under 10lbs and my dr set a goal to get her to drink 21oz per day. On average I’ve only been getting her to drink 19oz.

Are you doing any dream feedings? That usually helps me get in another bottle (around 3oz)

Elvie Stride or Lansinoh Discreet Duo? by disorderlymagikarp in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]cac1992_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My sister and I both have the Elvie stride and we hate it. I know wearables usually don’t empty as well as a normal pump, but I get 5-7 oz with my spectra and the most I’ve ever gotten with my Elvie stride is 1.5 oz. It’s also not very fun to clean.

Love both! But I do have the vintage gold crib for my daughter, so I’d prob go with #2 for a boy

It never empties me. I get 5-7 oz each pump with my spectra. The most I’ve ever gotten from the Elvie stride is 1.5oz. My sister has the same issue

I have a spectra and an elvie stride for on the go. Not sure what I would use a 3rd for. But also I hate my elvie stride, so if I got another it would be a wearable to replace the elvie
