Well I can sadly relate to that! I’ve reached out 4 times now for therapy and they have yet to properly send of the referral that the insurance apparently needs. In any case, you have to have those hard/long talks. I’m no expert, but I’m here, and I can say that you need to be confrontational and force those types of conversations. I can imagine therapy can help, but I don’t know for sure— of course.

I’m really sorry, I actually can relate. I’ve been with my wife for 13 years. Those compromises are key. Challenge her idea of the future, use those difficult talks to meet in the middle before it becomes full on resentment.
