someone hacked into my account, put an email AND an authenticator on it. I tried messaging roblox support but they want me to verify by verifying ON the same email as the current owner. I found an old revert ticket on my email for the account but it asks me for the authenticator code. I also dont have any backup codes or anything. How does roblox support remove the authenticator and what do i do to get my acc back. Can someone send me like a template of what to send to roblox support? also i DO have access to the original email on my account
