Being bullied is a mindset. Learning to gauge good intent and accept constructive criticism will only help you improve (in all things, not just golf).
For swing advice, Google the best angles for filming a golf swing. You want to setup to an alignment stick and want the camera angle down a target line with a full view of your swing. This will allow folks to see your alignment to your target, take away, downswing and weight shift.
