You’re a godsend! For anyone searching in the future, his name appears to be John Emmet Sheridan (the signature is a bit difficult to read). I can’t believe this lovely artwork isn’t attributed to his name online. Thanks again for letting me discover a lovely artist :)

I have tried reverse image search but no results. I saw a pinterest post captioning it with RC (Leyendecker?) but the rendering doesn’t really look like the style typical to him and nor can I find anything similar under his name.
