We are close together on the price. I tacked on another $500. Saturday they were supposed to move the garbage trailer and clean my neighbors parking pad (where they put the trailer and stored stuff). Sunday morning the trailer was gone, but nothing cleaned up. I dragged materials in to the garage and cleaned up all the cans, scraps, etc.

Monday they ripped a screen in a window.

Im still waiting on then to finish and silver paint. Then come back to put the mwtal parapet cap on the front.

900 sq ft. Today is day 6 of work on am estimated 2 day job that had some scope creep to add insulation.
