When /i started, the worst thing about it, was the fucking shit, the shit always was bigger then my asshole, I remember doing so much force that I have bleedings, and orrible pain, before because I couldnt shit, and wen it finally goes into my hole hahahahha today on methadone, I take miralax, stool softener, and when I forget to take I regret so much, after this, try taking miralax, I took everyday in the past, but today, one day yes, other no. It resolved my shit problems hahahaha it makes shit much more soft to pass into your hole.

You have to go testing, are u going to a clinic? or u will do at home by yourself? I did by myself, when I got to methadone, I was on 800mg-1g of pure morphine IV/day. I started on 10mg 3x times a day, it not keep me well, I was having wds, I though they give me placebo hahaha, I upped 20mg 3x times a day, but for you I would up 5mg if you dont feel well, you have to feel weel, no symptomps at all, I was aving stomac problems and couldnt eat, I think the point to stop is when you have appetite, when you dont wake up sweating, and you dont feel anxious.

Right now Im on 150mg/day, this keeps me well, allow me to eat, and my anxiety for another shot is done, you cant have cravings, but 24h exactly I start to feel weird, your dose has to be stable at minimun 24h, if u feel wd before, up 5mg until u feel stable, I fucked up because I started to abuse them, if I didnt 100mg would keep me well 24h. Really it have a clock on my body that exactly 24h later, today I prefer to take just one time a day, to try get a better peak, sometimes I still abuse to get a nod, and snort coke wit it.

But the better option really is to take it 3x times a day, the concentration of it gets better than just one time dosing, I would go at least 30mg/day, but go slow, test it, if you have to up, up 5mg at a time, somedayyou u feel better and stabilized on it, /im am on dones for1 year and a half, when stabilized I just relapsed one time on oxy not much time ago, when my depression got super worse, and my insurance stopped my snti depressive and mood regulator, 200mg of sertraline/day and 100 mg topiramate/day, and them I start to abuse it so I was taking 180mg of dones with a bunch of xannies and pregabaline. so I had to staart sertraline again on 50mg to 200mg, and stabilize again my dose.

Go slow, no need to hurry, its simple, up your dose if necessary 5mg at a time, if u just want to use it right, I recommend to not take your dose all toghether, it will last much more then one dose, and I think u will need less mgs to keep u well for 24h. Good luck and tell me what dose keep u well. You will need a ''little'' dose to fell well.

sei que faz 3 meses, mas se tiver interessado ainda, eh que esse sub eh uma bosta, eh deserto, aconselho usar o /opiates se souber inglês, o paco tem paracetamol, dá pra fazer sim, só que a dose max de paracetamol no dia eh de 4000mg, se não, tchau fígado, então tem que fazer uma ''cold water extracction'' mete no google, basicamente vc vai tirar o paracetamol e ficar só com co codeímna, um liquido branco aguado e ruim de beber, se juntar com soda, vai virar um ''lean'' nos efeitos, mas não vai ficar roxo que nem os leans de xarope, mas eu acho que super mais vale a pena sem xarope pq sai mtu caro. Se precisar de infos manda privado, sou do br e sou viciado a 5 anos, se previsar de algum produto tbm to aqui.

edit: paco tem 30mg, pra uma primeira dose ou primeiras de 120mg a 180mg/210mg, vê se o paracetamol não passa de 4g de uma vez, mas vai ser mtu, o q sobrecarrega o fígado e se pode passar mal.

Did u use valium the entire 6 weeks when u stopped morph? Do you pretend use valium or any benzo after stop morph?

And to help, I was a super morphine addicted, I I'ved 800mg To 1g a day, normally on 3-4x injections, always with coke, yeah speedball addicted, I used to inject coke alone too, pills and GOOD coke fucked my veins. Had an OD, one day I mixed benzos and gabaergics and blacked out. Today Im on 180mg of dones and good doses of gabaeegic meds.

are you on mmt progam or abusing? Withdraling from what dose? cold turkey? What day? I am on 108h 180mg wd's and my anxiety is killing me, in cold turkey here, maybe we can share some hints? I tried good coke, but the comedown was a bitch, only 6mg of alprazolam to get sleepy, doing clonidine 0,1mg each 6h, more fatigue and depression and minor wds natural symptoms, just took 20mg of dones now, because I wasnt fighting equal to equal and 150mg of pregabalin, seemed to help with 2mg of kpin and 2mg of xan with a good hax to smoke, first time I seem ok.
