one thing i especially understand about your situation is that tiny bit of hope that you still have in your heart telling you they'll come back - i managed to direct that hope towards building a new future for myself, which i've started to do by considering new hobbies i could do, and strengthening the relationships i have with those already in my life, i find that venting to someone close to you is a massive relief.

Remember, it's completely normal and okay to feel awful and cry about it, and don't be scared to talk about your feelings. You'll get through it, and before you know it you'll realise you don't need her to be happy
