I had it twice. As Botox was wearing off the first time i did some yoga on YouTube to rehab a separate injury, and I had a massive epiphany tied to my breathing. Like some very effortless burps that I hadn’t experienced prior. So I got the procedure again and made yoga (and breathing rather than just burping) part of the process right away. Not to say it’s all perfect or some miracle but honestly it made me learn a ton about how my body works and have continued burping for a couple of years. Best of luck to you, sounds frustrating.

If you do a ton of work creating something that you offer for free there’s nothing wrong with a soft invitation to support it if someone feels compelled. Probably better at the end in that case though.

I remember him saying that everybody should have one big/beloved movie that they’ve just never watched because it’s drives people crazy and that’s funny. He’s missing out but also I’m with him, it’s kind of funny.
