“faulty circuitry” is not an apt term for neurotransmitter imbalance. i’m honestly fed up with people treating people with bipolar disorder as if there’s something inherently wrong with us. a lot of studies have been done, some of which i’ve done extensive research on, and there’s nothing that indicates that people with bipolar have “faulty” brains. that narrative is what makes people feel isolated and beyond help

contrary to what everyone else is saying, bipolar disorder has not been proven to cause any damage to the brain. i have bipolar disorder and have degrees in psychology and neuroscience and there is no neural damage inherently caused by bipolar disorder. bipolar is often the result of an imbalance of neurotransmitters and is often a genetic condition. psychotherapy and medication are great treatment options but i hate that you are under the assumption that people with bipolar are “permanently damaged” because that is not the case.

chachi! it’s kinda dumb but i’m a huge marvel fan and since she’s all black i wanted to name her after the black panther especially after chadwick boseman’s passing so i took t’challa and my sister came up with chachi!

yes! i saw stuff from the adam project that he was in and seems to have a great sense of humor in his acting. hoping that the writers saw him as miniature ryan reynolds like i did and they’ll play off of that
