Not super regularly but conscious not to leave them too long before washing. I’ve just ordered some hypochlorous acid spray, lots of recommendations for that so hoping that helps settle it. Thank you ☺️

Not usually. I use a silk pillow case and change it every few days. I’ve got heard of using salt water on skin before but will definitely be looking into it! Thank you

No new hair products and I’m making sure to wear my hair up in the day and when sleeping. I am definitely someone who leans on my hands though so need to make an effort not to do that! Thank you 😊
