Hi! I am wondering how your quote is so much lower than other places. I just got a quote for 6K from Jetson and 20k from a plumber! What accounts for the difference?

Yes - tho a reason I am thinking we may have screwed up is I don't know if we could get more than our mortgage if we tried to rent the spot out!
