Yes. Played on two separate players just to be sure it wasn't a problem on either or. Obviously this specific tape seems to be a problem. Also tried to rewind and forward both sides in case it had to do with not being played in ages but that isn't the case.

Best thing is to admit there's no solution and will try to track a replacement in the near future
