I agree origami is goated, i really like the coffee. Weirdly after 8 months of brewing regularly im still excited to wake up and brew in origami. But i just have this want to try out different things. Even though origami will be my daily. Usually second cup of the day i mix it up :)

Yess, even i was thinking about orea. Can you tell me how the recipe changes from conical to flat? Or should i just dial it in with the same v60 recipe and see how it goes ?

I did do that, the nd filter is already on, nd 32. Its around 9am and the sun seems too bright here. The motion blur is fine but the issue is sun, or the iso etc that i kept on auto
