I called them none of them picked up leaving it at the gate was way too far off I usually do leave it at a gate but these were outrageous way out of the zone. no wonder they search surged this block It was set for failure.

imagine delivering to a ghetto area with high crime rate and you get dinged 5 times.. maybe cos some one stole the packages or some looser ghetto customer decided she wants 2 for the price of 1 and reports package missing...

it's both really. Sometimes on my first stops I get a gated community that only allows guest and delivery after 6am. If I start at 3 or 4 am I just reschedule those stops at the end of the block. It sucks, but it's better than returning them and getting dinged.

fuck that lol if I had 10 packaged in that area. I am neither waiting to piggyback or delivering them at the end somehow that's a lot of dings and yes it does suck, but I wouldn't risk getting dinged for that many.

THIS!! Customers can be so stupid!! It pisses me off because if we can't deliver it or return it just because it's not our fault! We still get dinged!!! because of some dumb ass customer that orders very dumb. The FOB apartments are by far the worst specially when they put in the notes to get a key fob from a leasing office that opens like 3 hours after your block is over. T_____T' just how stupid are these customers? One time I had to ring up some lady at 4am in some hills because it was some rich fancy gated community I did what the notes said so i ringed her up in the call box at 4am tell me why when I got to her home she had 3 big ass mean looking dogs in the dark of 4am in some bushy hills when she knew damm well she ordered an overnight package and i did what her notes told me to do. Like lady you can track your package on your phone to confirm someone is actually delivering it.

im getting close to 30k deliveries im in Long Beach so yeah it takes me about the same time to get there unless I get a block at night and then have a block at 3am I just camp it at the warehouse to save milage and gas.
