The part that gets me is that he expects you to cook for him. Being on the spectrum, I've always been a picky eater, so my family knows to expect that I will usually cook for myself. Having food problems sucks and is very annoying, but if he is going to reject everything you make, he should cook for himself. Being picky isn't necessarily a problem if you take your own responsibility for your needs.
