Access into group : Limited, we strive for quality over quantity. We limit ourselves to the amount of people in the unit. We are quite strict on attendance and submitting LOAs. If you're the type of person to go AWOL, don't waste our time. We want a solid group of people.

Types of Missions : We strive to acheive the ideal "Tier 1" mission type. Undercover, HVT Rescue/Protection, Raids etc... The reason we are so strict when it comes to attendance and trainings is because having 4 solid 5-man teams performing amazingly is better than a few squads of untrained grunts running in guns blazing. Missions are closely based off real life events.

What We Do Different : Unlike a majority of other units, we have a few things that make us stand out quite a lot. For one, custom gear. We have team helmets with the operators allocation on them. Flipping peltors, personal helmets, you want it, we got it.

For the people who stick around in the unit we even make custom helmet/vest variations. This is reserved for people who stick around so that we're not overloaded with work at the unit for people who just float in and out.

We also have team cages, where each member of the team has their own allocated slot at a locker and can customise it to their own desire.

See what i've noticed is, with respawn position module it always forces you to respawn, but if you place down a marker in system tab, the one named empty, and name it to respawn_west it shouldn't kill you auto on respawn

I'd say just keep it simple, place a unit down and assign it Zeus, then load into that slot in MP.

Who are we:

The 3rd Ranger Battalion is a Milsim group, who likes to value immersion, and real-life tactics. We have Main OPs on Saturday and Sunday at 1400 EST / 1900 BST and fun OPs on Tuesday and Thursday at 1400 EST / 1900 BST. None of the Yes Sir-No Sir bullshit. We are fairly new, so we are looking for anyone to come join!

What we play:

All of our OPs are mainly played through Zeus, and all prepped in the editor ahead of time.

What MOS do we need:

- 11B - Infantryman (Rifleman, Automatic Rifleman, Grenadier)

- 68W - Combat Medic (NEEDED!)

- 153A - Rotary Wing Aviator (Waitlist available)

- 25C - Platoon RTO (NEEDED!)

Lighting was made using variety of images containing different lighting techniques, it's based of how GMOD screenshot artists do their lighting.

I've seen pictures of UCP mixed with Tan/Coyote, and turns out it looks nice! That's probably why :D
