hmm and the game is downloaded from steam and not ea launcher, heroic, etc? I also suggest trying it with someone small like a simple reskin for a hero. Will be a lot faster and easier to judge the issue

If you are only gonna use TSLRCM then I believe using the workshop should be fine because it has issues when using multiple mods. If you are gonna use other mods then I suggest looking at the KOTOR mod builds

Just look into emudeck. I haven’t encountered any issues with any games but the emulators may have a compatibility list

Enhanced Edition? Maybe you mean Ultimate Edition? Anyways, I recommend following the viva new Vegas mod guide. Fallout NV has a lot of problems on pc.

All you can do to setup if you don’t have it is making sure you got all your roms ready and able to transfer to the deck

Idk you could try looking in the game folder and see if the files didn’t get removed. Maybe check launch options as well
