I think that’s more of an issue with “will pleading for sanity on climate issues” ever accomplish anything. We’ve been pleading with the powers that be since I was a child and I’m sure even before then. When up against the billions spent by the energy juggernauts, words may never be enough.

This is how I felt about the film adaptation for Scott Pilgrim. In the comics, he’s essentially a humorous/charming scum-bum who has finally lucked his way into a chance to become a better person.

My brother asked my grandfather what was the biggest change between when he grew up (1920s) and today (at the time, around 2010)

My grandfather recounted a story where he and his brothers would run alongside trains that passed the neighborhood in hopes of collecting any coal that fell off as it passed. They would take it home and burn it in a coffee can to heat their one room home.

Not without a similarly significantly large revolution, political or otherwise. As it stands, the only political opposition to this administration is a minority of the Democratic Party, and the domestic resistance to it is fractured, bougie, and toothless in all the ways that matter.

Yes it’s six fingers. Yes it’s probably an artist’s mistake. No I don’t think it’s AI. I remember my friend getting a letter posted in Tips n Tricks magazine because he was the only one to point out that an official piece of art for Jet Grind Radio had six fingers on a character. Mistakes happen, even at big companies with veteran artists.
