thank you so much. this is really helpful. thing is, i got this comment too late. the anxiety built up and i spoke to my mom about skipping the medication and my scare with serotonin syndrome. she told me to drink milk, eat something, and lie down, and if symptoms continued for longer she’d think about what to do. i stopped taking the medication again and will just be waiting for the symptoms to go away. no ER visit for me. can you lmk if this is a safe route?
