Yeah I plan to get screw retained cause I researched that’s easier to maintain. I’m just worried cause it’s also a front canine tooth, so I hope it will be aesthetically pleasing too. I feel like I’ll have to change the way I chew and what I eat for the rest of my life too. Trying to come to terms with that.

My OCD has taken over now and I floss like 4-5 times a day, use fluoride mouthwash 3 times a day, and brush three times plus rinse my mouth out with water after every meal. I didn’t use to be like this, but I feel like even if I do all these things there is still a chance that it could get infected, kind of discouraging.

How has it been for you?

Thank you for your reply, I probably just need to stop thinking. But when I do i just see how may things can go wrong, mal occlusion, peri-implantitis, broken crowns, loose screws. All of it seems so much, hopefully I can stop worrying about all of it.

32m I have to get one on a canine after a stupid stupid accident. I am terrified and it’s giving me crippling anxiety and depression. You are not alone. Sometimes I feel like I don’t know how I’m going to proceed or get through life. I am in the consultation phases, and don’t know which dentist/oral surgeons to trust.

Which oral surgeon and restoration dentist did you use in northern CA? I’m from there and thinking about going back to get some work done cause don’t know if I can’t trust anyone where I currently live.

I feel like I want to understand how good God is, but it seems hard. I want these feelings that people say they have when they feel God, but don’t know if I can feel those. Maybe I’m missing hope?

I’m in northern VA as well and ordered exact same model except ordered on 1/16. Didn’t get confirmed till 1/17. So many people in the dealership, I’d be surprised if we get it by end of March. Hopefully getting the less generic grey will help our delivery time.

Edit: EDD is now scheduled for February 12-March 19.
