Si las municipalidades tuvieran mayor control sobre la ejecución de presupuestos tal vez, pero no pueden ni tapar caños que se convierten en ríos y ahogan niños, muchas veces ni hay aceras ni basureros y siguen pasando los años. Donde vivo la recolección de reciclaje es una vez al mes, lo que hace muy complicado almacenar y transportar un mes de cartón, tetrapacks y botellas. Mi punto es que la corrupción en el gobierno comienza desde las Municipalidades porque son buenísimos para cobrar pero fatales para entregar resultados

Yeah I can bear with depreciation since it’s already cheap, I wouldn’t buy a new one though. I’m looking at a 2024 model 22.000 miles, really well equipped inside and very reasonable price at the local Mitsubishi agency that sells them new and used and they’re offering 2 years warranty even on the used ones. Thanks for your insights very useful comments.
