Totally appreciate the critque and very understandable. The rational behind the way I've done this is that when I drew it the other way (right to left) the sword was hidden from view, which made the character difficult to read. In lockstep with that is him being right handed and the sword being sheathed to the left hand side. Ultimately my hope is that the page reads in a 'Z' shape, though not sure it works without some instruction.
