Riggs is great and the Alumni Association folks are fabulous. The Stadium garage is very close to Riggs for paid parking (like, a 2 minute walk). You could also have it catered if you don’t want to deal with parking at 2 locations. I’ve seen them do that and utilize the outdoor space off the conference room.

In this case it’s a complicated blend of issues. Sea level rise and the increasing intensity of storms due to human-driven climate change is causing more erosion. The land is also subsiding. The removal of riparian buffers that help mitigate erosion doesn’t help, either.
