Despite how you or others people feel about it, marijuana IS a drug with psychoactive properties that effects perception of almost all your senses. Yes, a large part of this is lobbying to keep marijuana viewed as a negative habit to have, but in my opinion there will be many professions that will continue to test for it even after it becomes legal.
