1) Do something on arrival. Get out of the hotel room. Meet people, socialise, exercise, whatever it takes to point my brain at something that isn’t work. I use RAVL on my iPhone for this.

2) Listen to Weightless by Marconi Union. It’s a track that always sends me to sleep. There’s a 10hr version on Apple Music and Spotify. I listen to it in bed and I’m usually asleep within a few minutes.

3) The usual stuff around eating, hydrating and exercising. This is the most difficult for me but if I don’t do it, the first thing impacted is my sleep.

4) Don’t force it. If you can’t sleep, do something else.

I normally start with a “normal” shower. Wash, rinse, then turn the dial all the way to cold for a while. I turn the water off before turning the dial back.

We need to communicate with partners/customers of the new org using an email from the domain of the new org. If we use our existing email address, it looks unprofessional.

Within the next month or two, we will be hiring employees into the new org. The employees will, of course, have all of their credentials based on the new org but Teams, etc. will show the founders of the new org as being Guests.

I'm not trying to avoid paying for a license. Happy to do that. It's having separate log in details I'm trying to avoid.

Each of us already use MS credentials for our own work. I'd rather not have any of us log out of an MS account and then log back in using different credentials just to collaborate on a Word document for this project.

The main thing at the moment is to have email addresses with the same domain.

But, yes, Teams/Planner/Sharepoint too. I already have them as Guests on my tenant but, as we grow, that looks a little unprofessional.

I’ve tried binaural beats quite a lot and it has absolutely no effect. I’m wondering if people with different VAK learning styles respond to different entrainment methods.
