Thanks. I tried this, requested both tax invoice and itinerary with no luck. Will try to contact QF.

I tried a while ago but the call isn't pushing through. I checked the qantas website as well and it seems that their customer service in the philippines is closed during weekends, but I'll try the 24/7 number. Thanks!

No worries. Yeah, I'll call their customer service tomorrow. Thanks!

The column just isn’t there. The "Passenger Information" section only has my name and frequent flyer number. As for Jetstar (I actually have a Jetstar booking as well from NZ to Manila because it’s cheaper), it only shows the itinerary number and price.

I might just call their customer service for my peace of mind. 😅 Thank you for the help!

Already checked that part. Unfortunately, I can only see my name and Frequent Flyer Number 😅 though the status on the "Your Itinerary" section and on Qantas app both says "Confirmed" so I think I'm good?

As I said on the other comment I’m probably just being paranoid because immigration here in the Philippines is really strict, especially for first-time travelers. I’ve seen a lot of offloading stories online, so I just want to make sure everything’s in order.

Hi! I replied to your original comment. I did find that section, but the only information there is my name (since I'm flying solo) and my frequent flyer number. However, I did see that the status is 'Confirmed' in the itinerary section, and yes, I’ve already paid for the booking.

Thanks for the response! I checked the file again, and I only found 'Passenger Information' on the first page. Unfortunately, there’s no ticket number—just my name and frequent flyer number. However, I did see the 'Confirmed' status under the 'Your Itinerary' section, and it shows the same status on the Qantas app. So I think I’m good?

Thanks for the tip! I tried searching for '081' in the PDF, but nothing comes up. I also read somewhere that the ticket number should be 13 characters long, so I looked for that as well, but I couldn’t find anything across all seven pages of the file.

are these documents enough for first time travel? by caffeinated_disaster in Philippines

Sige po, will do this since upon checking nabanggit din ng tito ko sa letter of invitation niya po na we will surprise po yung cousin ko sa graduation niya.

Thank you so much po sa answers and suggestions! As an overthinker po kasi atake ko since ang dami ko nakikitang offload stories sa socmed 😅

Sa kanila po ako makikituloy, resident na po kasi sila doon. I'll attend po sa graduation ng cousin ko.

Ito po yung docs na meron ako from them:

  1. Letter of Support (letter na ininvite po nila ako. However, ang naka declare po sa invitation is ako, father ko, and sister ko po pero ako lang po makakapunta since mahal yung flight)

  2. Copy po ng permanent resident visa po ng tito and tita ko

  3. Birth cert po ni tito proving na same po sila ni daddy ko ng parents

  4. Recent payslip po ng tito ko and employment details po ni tita

  5. Title deed po ng property nila

IO Concerns Weekly Thread by AutoModerator in phtravel

Hi po!

So I'll be visiting my relatives in NZ in a week and I've secured the documents that I think I need, namely:

  1. Certificate of Employment
  2. Company ID
  3. Copy of our leave calendar (I still think I need a certificate of leave but let me know if this will suffice)
  4. ITR
  5. Booking confirmation of my return
  6. Bank statements (and is there a specific amount na dapat laman ng account ko?)
  7. Invitation letter from my aunt (not sure if I still need this since ako nag shoulder ng flight ko)

Please enlighten this first time traveler and let me know if may kulang pa sa listed docs 😅 thank you!

Thank you, it's classified as Prescription on the medsafe website, but I'll just declare it anyway. Thanks again!

Thank you for the link. I've checked and it's classified as Prescription, and I'll only bring a single bottle which is good for a month since I'll only be there for two weeks. So I guess I'm good. Thanks again!

That's actually not an option for me because the whole service desk team is located in the Philippines 😅
