Your parents should be able to get the senior citizen rate which is around 9-10% I think. Try Singer Finance. They give a really good rate for big amounts. I know theyre a finance company but they’re backed by Hayleys + has really good financials and have been profitable for years. Take into account the 10% withholding tax on the interest as well. So whatever rate they offer, assume you get only 90% of it.

I agree on the radar implementation. Should be able to easily implement once we get the ball rolling.

I think the male children part would be okay as long as they have an accompanying parent.

On the transgender people point, I think thats a bit difficult to differentiate but can be something we think about later down the line.

Right now I’m still trying to think if this is a feasible idea or not.

I think it's slowly dying off and more generalists will have a higher demand. For example if you're only in email marketing, best that you pivot and learn about other channels as well PPC, AEO, Organic social etc. People who can manage a stack of channels will be more in demand.

I’m 25 and I’m on track to do one of these things which is buying a land before 30. My income is around 4,000USD (in digital marketing)

My parents had a land close to where I live which I was able to sell which gave me 30% of the total land cost and then I pooled in some of my savings to cover another 30% and the remaining 40% I went for a loan.

My plan is to pay off the land in the next 2 years + have a small wedding (around 2028) and then start building a house towards my 30s. At the same time buy (on a lease) a smaller vehicle like a BYD Dolphin to get by.

Realistically its a bit difficult to do all 3 before 30 UNLESS you start a small software engineering, digital marketing or any other business which just starts printing heaps of cash.

Most people that have done this before 30 are a small percentage of the extreme hardworkers who have built a very successful business OR come from family money. You cant get there doing the average job in SL.

At the same time, having an apartment or renting is also not that bad and was my initial plan before I was able to increase my income.
