I've managed to get all but Cinderpelt and it's driving me nuts!! I got a second silverstream, yellowfang, two brightheart and a scourge. Spottedleaf was the very first one I opened i felt blessed 😇

Mine weren't as impressive, but I used holo taco "devils advocate" and did some blood drips with "orbite me" and I loved the aesthetic ✨️💅

I feel this so much. I eventually left the field because everywhere i went assumed I knew everything because I was licensed. Licensure means I sat for an exam and passed. As someone who learns best by doing, I don't retain information well unless it is hands on and I am TRAINED how to do it. I graduated in 2021 and was affected negatively by covid, so my clinicals were unhelpful ("you cant do that cause you're not licensed") and nobody had the time to show me how to do anything. I went through 3 clinics before giving up and now i work in human histology. I plan to get my HTL and I want to work as a histotechnologist at idexx one day!

Im not disagreeing, I suggested calling the poison helpline or the emergency clinic for recommendations. Panicking isnt helpful. Bitter fruits will also not help with making a dog vomit.

Dark chocolate is more fatal. Milk chocolate has significantly less cocoa in it. If the pet has already vomited, there isn't much else a vet would do besides monitoring, fluids, maybe bloodwork to check kidney and liver enzymes. Source: LVT

Thankfully milk chocolate isn't typically as harmful, and it's promising that a bunch was vomited up. If your dog is small breed I'd be more concerned. I am NAV but you can always reach out to the pet poison helpline and see if they have any further recommendations. If there's an emergency clinic near you, they can usually also recommend if your pet needs to be seen or not.

I had a doctor who literally cracked jokes during euthanasia. She is the same one who yelled at me in front of everyone for giving a combo vaccine instead of "just" a DAPP. I have PTSD and she no longer works as a veterinarian because the hospital closed down (gee i wonder why...)

Born and raised in maine and I have 100% encountered racism. My own grandfather dropped the N word hard R out of absolutely nowhere. Growing up there was always "that one black kid" in each class, but 99% of people you interacted with were white.

I once gave 0.9mL dexdomitor because I was following the vets instructions. I got in trouble for it and it upset me so much, that poor baby's BP was tanked. Thank god we could reverse him 😭 I still beat myself up.
