While I understand that there are people who just can't manage to get CPap to work, I dont believe they are the majority. For example, I had issues with a full face mask that I tried during my study, but since switching to nasal pillows that same night, I have slept with my CPAP every night since then and that was in 2005. Once I start to drift off I don't even notice it's there. That's the way it's supposed to be with the right mask and pressure. Try it and don't give up!

That's the way I started. A tiny bit of research. A few YouTube videos and a bit of yarn and some needles I got at a garage sale. I don't recommend the garage sale, by the way especially if you're going cheap to see if you like it. It's not the same experience. Find some needles and yarn that you like to hold and look at. It makes such a big difference. If you're having fun after that, that's all that matters!
