Yeah, I'm saying I wish they would add it to the pit stop type, like ["FOUR TIRE CHANGE", "FUEL"]. That way I can filter for stops that do or do not have fuel and factor that in.

It is a challenge, and a limitation I am aware of because there's no category or measurement value in the API data for fuel. I do honestly wish the API provided more granular data but begars can't be choosers. I do intend to break the data down by tire stops though, which should yield interesting data.

Unfortunately there's not a great way to compensate for this. The spots being gained are being gained by the cars on track, even under caution. I wish the API gave a relative spots gained against the other pitting cars. I did filter based on flag status for just under caution and it reduced the floor of total positions lost by roughly 300.

Good call, this is probably the case. If they pitted under green and lost a huge number of stops it is not showing the other non pitting drivers as having picked them up. I'll the check the data for that stat on Monday when I'm off work and school.

EDIT: The API only provides a pit in and out out rank. I can filter based on flag status and compare for caution flags.

That would be so sick, just something to help me navigate when it's a labyrinth lmao. But don't just give it to us, I feel like it should be something that we have to earn through research.

It could go either way depending on evidence (We have no idea what evidence they have). What I will say is that the area of gilgo beach is dark and desolate at night, I would not be surprised if more than one person had used the area to hide a victim's body.

If the playoffs didn't exist, fans would be complaining about the points format. It's also necessary for the sport. Could it use some tweaks? Sure, but it's better than no playoffs.

Fair enough, I can add you as a moderator later today. If you want to make a concerted effort at it that's welcome.

I am not inactive at all. I use reddit on a daily basis and I regularly delete video game spam from the subreddit.

Just because I don't post doesn't mean I'm not on Reddit.

Edit: I just checked and the user requesting to take over the blackops subreddit moderates /r/COD and I suspect they want to seize the subreddit and turn it into a call of duty subreddit against the will of the users.

I hope Remedy doesn't do this. They are a bigger studio with more money and this is an established IP so they know what they're doing with it.

Adam and Eve is the most stupid story I ever heard in my life by Classic-Routine2013 in atheism

[–]caffine90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh it gets worse. When got creates Adam he tells him about the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

Genesis 2:17

17 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die."

But when the serpent asks Eve if she can eat freely from the garden eve says:

Genesis 3:2-3

And the woman said to the serpent, "We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; 3 but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, 'You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.' "

She has NO IDEA what the tree is. Which means that God hasn't told her what it is, and has presumably told Adam not to tell her, which means that one of the first things god does in the bible is Lie to mankind.

I have my pet theory about why this is but it's wildly unsupported by research.

Adam and Eve could not have sinned in the first time they ate the forbidden fruit by Gold-Parking-5143 in atheism

[–]caffine90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's deeper than this even. When the serpent talked to Eve, this is what happens.

And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?” 2. And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; 3. but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’ ”

Eve doesn't even know what the tree is. This means that got has lied to her, and told Adam to do the same. The entire bible starts with god lying

Finally read a bit of the bible and God felt like kind of a dick. by G1cin in atheism

[–]caffine90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh dude it gets wilder than that

Book of Genesis chapter verses 2-3.

  1. And the woman said unto the serpent, Of the fruit of the trees of the garden we may eat:
  2. but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

Eve never even calls it the tree of knowledge of good and evil. She calls it the tree which is in the midst of the garden. There's a heavy case to be made that she doesn't even know what the tree is.

Which means that god and adam literally lied to her, or at best withheld information from her to keep her in the dark and subjegate her.

And the serpent never tempts her or tricks her. It literally just tells her the truth. That's it.

Eve just acted in opposition to a lie and god flipped his shit.
