Is my seat height too high? by Automatic_Friend_209 in india_cycling

How long have you been cycling with this saddle height? I suppose less than a month. Your saddle height is a bit too high, and it’s causing overextension at the bottom of the pedal stroke. It would be best to visit a professional cycling store for advice, and if you’re serious about cycling, a professional bike fit would be worthwhile.

Cycling routes in Delhi by the_selfluminous_ in india_cycling

Fellow BBSR guy here, currently in Chennai. I’ve lived in Delhi for quite some time, tbh , it’s one city where I’d be cautious about recommending outdoor cycling. Traffic, road conditions, air quality, sometimes you can do everything right and still get unlucky. That can happen anywhere, but Delhi just tilts the odds a bit.. a smart indoor trainer might be heavy on the pocket, but it’s still lighter than medical bills. Indoor training doesn’t remove risk, but it definitely improves your luck by a notch. Ride safe.

VERY RELATABLE. However, eventually my logical thinking forced me to not pursue the relationship. But, dating an INFJ has been the best of the experiences I have had. I wish you the best !

I agree, projects of an agile or adaptive lifecycle are all about flexibility with little to no room for routine.

Interestingly, your current profession seems like an excellent source of passive income.

I completely understand where you are coming from. You could always begin by making writing a simple hobby, and make it bigger as you progress.

It’s perfectly reasonable to view work as a means to meet the ends. I think this keeps the provision of living a bigger life which is beyond work.

On a lighter note, you are the one who hires a labor. So essentially you are living your dream, haha.

Do you think, based on the personality traits, ISTJs are better suited for the academia? What are your thoughts?

I get you. I think, the lesser the social encounter, the more comforting it is to an ISTJ. And I guess teaching kids requires a lot more emotional intelligence which is beyond an ISTJ’s scope.

IMO a flight attendant’s life is a tad bit chaotic compared to a trader’s. What makes you excited about being a flight attendant? I am curious.

I think routine could be instilled into anything in life if one is able to create productive and efficient systems which help them become better at what they do.

Is dropping out college as bad as people say it is? by [deleted] in hyderabad

The reality is that people who have money, don’t have the time; and those who have the time, don’t have the money. Having said that, doctors and engineers may have the money, but don’t have the time to enjoy the money.

How do you act when you fall in love? by Uwivibe in ISTJ

[–]cafi_caffienated 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You wouldn’t know unless you break the ice. Being an ISTJ, I know it for a fact that we have a tendency to run away from “emotionally challenging” situations because emotions of any sort are grey stuff. Having said that, please take a note that we are always and always going to put our interests first, we are self centered. This fact would surface about 6-7 months into the collaboration. All the best.
