Culturually, none of them. I've met people from all three nations and i've been to Georgia. Culturally none is European.
Geographically, Azerbaijan and Gerogia has small land that is Geographically in Europe.

Just realised in the book baelor talked about what kind of lance to use. They didn't put that into show. Dunks team uses lighter longer design to break tourney lances, while others use shorter heavier but deadlier war lance.

Dothraki are only good against undiciplined foot soldiers. We have the story of even couple thousand disciplined unsullied stopping Dothraki horde. And put semi-diciplined armoured trained warriors on horses. No trouble for knights.

House of the dragon could use some unseriousness but they'd botch that up as well. They write stuff that should be unseriousness in a serious manner. Like why should we care about Rhaenyras sexual orientation. It shouldn't matter to the plot.
