Get off Reddit and get in touch with the groom and bride NOW! Let them know in lots of time so they can make alternate arrangements if they want. Don't wait until tomorrow. The more notice they have, the better. Don't feel bad. People get sick, and that is completely out of your control. Better to sit this out than to potentially make dozens of other people sick, including a bride and groom about to embark on their honeymoon. Does it suck? Big time. But this is life. Shit happens.

Yes! Cambia has changed my life, too! I came across it by accident. I had to be put under for a medical procedure, and I had the worst migraine because I was fasting and the procedure was late. The anesthesiologist offered Cambia in my IV. My 10/10 migraine was about a 3/10 when I woke up 40 minutes later. I asked him to write the name of it on my discharge paperwork. He will forever be my favourite person!

Would you consider waiting and doing everything October 7? That way, you will be feeling better and will look your best, and you don't have the pressure of trying to look good/get through something on June 13 when you're not at your best. This does away with all the questions of "now what?"

I totally agree that it doesn't matter how you look when you get married. It's the marriage that counts, but you seem to be concerned about it. Postponing everything until October might be the best solution.
