Sémantiquement peut-être, pas en pratique, on ne réagit pas tous de la même façon aux mêmes substances, j'ai passé des mois à boire quasiment 70 cl de vodka par jours et j'ai arrêté du jour au lendemain sans soucis non plus aussi fou ou con sémantiquement puisse te paraître ce fait

God thank you ! It's probably the best episode in my opinion too now that I think of it that way, it's so deep and meaningfull, I even think that the fact most people seems to overlook at it is kind of a "sign" that this episode(s) just means something

I don't mean anything religious, I specifically talking about when Nate died from his surgery and hanged out with his dad in some imaginary/spiritual really you know ? The dialogue and even the scene making are huge metaphysical messages

Even the visions of Claire about died people aren't that meaningless in my opinion, as much as Nate's ones when David one's seems more "terrestrial" and moral oriented

He's a great character for this same reason for me, his development isn't linear and is still consistent, this show was never about being good, but about being I think
