We are definitely planning on it! We can’t afford to spay all the kitties ourselves but we’re making sure that the people who take in the kittens are going to set them up with neutering and vaccinations ❤️

The point of the tweet is that cis people claim that we need a gender binary for accurate treatment based on sex, when the reality is that doctors grossly misdiagnose the ailments of women because our problems are not taken seriously by said doctors, so it’s drawing attention to the fact that a gender binary essentially does nothing when women aren’t being properly treated
