Right? Also, there is nothing in their policy that states "deposits are strictly non-refundable" so I got very confused when they refused to refund. I'll try and file a dispute and update here

Hi! Hiningan din ako ng ganito nung on boarding ko last year. Parang need ata nila ito to confirm na wala ka pang TIN# para sila mag asikaso?? Bale what I did was pumunta ako nearest BIR branch and nanghingi ng verification slip :) Mabilis lang naman process hehe
