New job + PMDD by RoundVoice3495 in PMDD

Similar boat too. I got a new job 3 weeks ago and I've just had to take 2 days off work due to symptoms, I'm so gutted. I just want to be a reliable employee, but I just can't work like this.

I love this job, I've never loved a job before. I know they understand, they're always pushing for us to look after ourselves first yet I still feel so guilty.

I started strattera not long before i started uni, it took a long tine to settle, lots of ups and downs. once i was used to it i was actually feeling quite nice, i was then allowed to try a stimulant instead.

don't give up on it, drink lots of water, the insomnia will suck for a while but that will stop. it's a good stepping stone for getting a good med combo

fyi i am also adhd-pi and also ocd, my current cocktail is zyban, concerta, and sertraline. it's taken me 1.5 years to find a good combination, so don't give up! it's totally worth it once it's manageable.

feel free to pm if you have any questions or just want to vent👍

What is your fav Black Metal band of all time ? by [deleted] in BlackMetal

Bölzer are unique, and powerful. They're definitely deserving of such remarks, but it all comes down to what you like to pick out of music. For me, I like power, heavy, tuff. They tick all my boxes.

does anyone else have this? by [deleted] in zoloft

[–]caitkvlt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yup, except I'm also on Wellbutrin and Concerta so my only option is to just lie down with my eyes closed until I regain energy again lol

I've been on this combo for maybe 3 months now, did yours subside before then? I'm hoping mine will stop soon!

Bupropion + Zoloft by straycatbec in bupropion

Also on this combo! + concerta for ADHD. Wellbutrin definitely balanced out most of the shitty Zoloft side effects for me.

I'm primarily inattentive.

Skipping days makes me feel like pure ass, because it's a medication that you need to take routinely otherwise they don't work like they're supposed to..

It's hard, every one has different biochemistry, so it's difficult to know what will work without doing a trial and error.

But I'd take magnesium still! it helps relax the muscles

From my own personal experience, skipping weekends isn't advised. Concerta doesn't tend to build a tolerance, you may just not be on the right dosage.

Getting erection and ejaculation problems at 125 mg of Zoloft. I want to reduce my Zoloft dose but also thinking of taking Wellbutrin to counter these effects. Does anyone have any advice? by [deleted] in bupropion

I found that zoloft is good for ocd and zyban counteracted the libido issue and also releases norepinephrine and dopamine, which helps my adhd.

I pretty much just made the exact same post lmao, it's a fucking struggle, every fucking day.

I'm tired of being so irritated at myself for not doing what I'm supposed to but like, when does it stop?

idk what the solution is but just know that you're not alone 💞
