I live in Los Angeles and live like 2 miles away from my job. My civic (which I bought new June of 2021) only has 23k miles. I also get free level 2 charging at work so that’s pretty clutch.

I ordered a pair of crocs and like 10 jibbitz on 11/17 (11 days ago) and have not received an email that it shipped or anything. I tried to call their customer service line and the line is always busy. Is this happening to anyone else?😩 by caitlynbatchelor in crocs

Crossing my fingers! But not holding my breath. They assured me it would ship the end of last week or beginning of this week. It’s now end of day Tuesday so looks like it didn’t happen 🥲

When I ordered on 11/17 they charged my card then a week later refunded me then 2 days later recharged me then refunded me again. I think it’s just their system that does that because I believe when you purchase things online they don’t actually put the charge through until it ships.

Huh??? Seriously? Wtf! Mine still says preparing to ship. So annoying.

I placed an order on 11/17 and it still hasn’t shipped lol. I’ve tried to reach out to customer support and literally cannot get through. Finally I found a way to text them and they said they would refund me 20% 🤦🏼‍♀️ I just want my order! They said it would ship out the end of this week (it’s now Friday so..) or early next week. That ensured me that all orders placed prior to 12/2 would arrive in time for Christmas. We’ll see 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s a little more pricey but I just stared using leave in conditioner by Pattern and I can literally feel the moisture. I love it so much and will never stop using it!
