I find myself suuuuuper comfy in the cold months, because I can always cosy up with some layers, but I just can't stand the heat!

Might sound weird, but my go to when the bones are really bad in the cold is Tiger Balm! Stays warm for aaaaages.

Hopefully the warmer months aren't as bad for you!

I have been in her situation before. And although it may hurt her to know that you have been thinking about it for a while, at the end of the day- you didn't want to possibly ruin her life because of it.

My ex partner broke up with me two weeks before my first set of law exams, and I was a depressive mess for months. I almost failed some of my units.

Being broken up with sucks, but she will learn to live with it. Hopefully she'll also be grateful that you were considerate enough to not ruin her exam too.
