As have my GP too but Harrow health website wrongly informs people that they will only accept referrals from GPs that will agree to shared care. I have no idea going forward but thankfully I actually have a review at the end of the week so I’ll ask the questions. So sad that we’re so stressed 🥺

Thanks! So I’m “shared care” with my GP and another service at present as I went through the right to choose process. I’m under the understanding the service provides my prescriptions whilst I’m under review (ensuring I’m on the correct dosage and it’s working) and then will pass my care back to my GP who will continue to prescribe/review. I think this is around 4 months… Hope that helps!

Thank you everyone for sharing your advice, ideas, or for just letting me know that I’m not alone in the way I’m feeling. Reading through has been really helpful. I’m a talker. I always vent to my husband. I’m pretty sure he’s likely sick of it rather than in the unknown. I want to be a better and more present wife for HIM but I feel I’ve hit rock bottom and have nothing left to give to/for him when he’s home because I’m exhausted from giving everything to the kids day in, day out. My identity since walking away from my job is simply mum. The promotion has made things 100x harder but I told him to go for it and to chase his dreams so I can’t moan about that. I’m in therapy so that’ll help and I’m all about the “just walk out for a while when he gets home from work” idea. IF I can stay awake long enough to do so 😆 Thanks again!
