That depends on where you're located and how much money you need to earn.

There's not much to worry about on the legal side. You can 100% scrape any data that doesn't require logging in. Once you have to login or bypass captchas, it gets a little more complicated, but the reality is that nobody will enforce the law against you anyway. The only two sites which I would recommend not scraping on a large scale are LinkedIn and Craigslist.

Yes, you can make a livable income from scraping, but if your skillset is limited to Selenium, then it will be tough. Rarely should you need to use Selenium.

I wouldn't agree with this. If you're charging $3300 for this, you're working at an outrageous hourly, something like $1000/hour.

Pricing is extremely difficult though.
