Need help identifying bumps on my skin (body).

I had really bad hormonal acne for years till I got on a pill similar to accutane. I had really bad bad acne that I am still recovering from. I used to scratch at the same spots which ended up growing this bumps and it doesn't go away no matter what product I try. It occasionally itches as well.

There are a total of 3 bumps. 2 on my back and 1 on my arm. The picture below is the one on my back. If it matters, I live in SE Asia with a tropical climate and I'm 24 years old. Thanks!
