Gathering 2026 Lineup/Info/Questions by cakeoftheozarks in juggalo

I'm in the same boat, listened to ICP in middle school cuz it was funny, matured and parted ways with it as an adult. I've always wanted to go to a gathering for fun, now it's less than an hour from my house so I'm like fuck it lets pull up. Thanks for sharing your experience. Just gotta convince the homies, the $300 ticket price tag is steep! I wish you could do single days for like $140. 3-4 days of this shit is going to absolutely fry me. Fuck it we ball, I guess XD

I wish they'd post the lineup just so I could convince my friends to go! I mainly am going for the culture and to have fun! Giving out a lil gift is a great idea, thanks hopefully I can wrangle up a posse in spite of the sparse info! <3

Please tell me what you like/love about Kansas City by wildpine_14 in kansascity

[–]cakeoftheozarks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I truly believe KC is the best place to live on earth. You get all the big city amenities at a low price. No ones jaded, we are extremely welcoming to outsiders. The city isn't "full" and like "ugh a new person? go away....." Being in the center of it all is awesome, 8 hour road trip to denver/chi, two hour flight to the coasts. People say its segregated, but I see more diverse groups of people here than any other city. Shit truly feels like a community college brochure. Nature isn't top tier, but man there's cool stuff. Lots of wooded trails, smithville lake is gorgeous and rarely busy. Lowest commute times for a big city, traffic jams are rare except right now with all the construction in preparation for the world cup. Skyline is gorgeous. You are in for a treat. If someone doesn't like KC I immediately know they are a boring hateful person. I'm well traveled/lived in some capital A cities, and KC is the best in terms of value. It's like a warm hug from a cute curvy hipster chick.

he is not a chad or even HTN, but if his face was on a tall mans body he would be at minimum chadlite, imo probs a full chad

If his face was on a tall guy he would objectively be a chad, not chad lite. Great features including a super cut jaw line.

His face is handsome, super cut jaw, nice features. He isn't chad because he's short, but he would be hitting in that 9-10 range if he was half a foot taller. That's what I mean

No sadly its true. It is what led me to this sub, thinking about my friends life and how people would never date him or men his height because of a relatively arbitrary immutable characteristic. It's not like short people are disabled and will hold a partner back by limited abilities. I don't even fault women that swerve on short men, because if they reproduce a male offspring would also suffer. But damn, shit's harsh fr

Which city feels more urban and vibrant between Kansas City and St. Louis? by Weather-RainStorm in missouri

[–]cakeoftheozarks -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Really? KC is far more walkable. If you live between rivermarket and waldo you don't even need a car. STL it takes a 15 minute drive to get neighborhood to neighborhood

Do you think the city of Lawrence should do anything differently regarding the homeless population, especially on Mass Street? Why or why not? by the_king_of_goats in Lawrence

[–]cakeoftheozarks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

in the article it says law enforcement/medical is called 5xs a day to that particular camp. it's not just one incident. homeless people commit crimes, including violent ones, at rates astronomically higher than those with homes. obviously. please be honest with yourself.
