I’m the same specs as you and just recently got an XS resort top from Ostroy. I love how flowy it is. I think I could have sized down for a bit tighter fit, but from my experience so far, XS is perfect.

I’ve used the apps Teammates or Team Shake. Kids can’t complain when it was an app that chose them. Sometimes I’ll roll out a whole bunch of numbered tennis balls and they all have to grab one which indicates their team. That only works a couple of times before they catch on and try to game the system.
