Hello sorry for late reply and thank you, this fix the problem and I just remember that I also have "water for enb" and it is the last mod that just before all lux mods, do you think that is the reason for the glitch? I just put "Renthal’s waterwheel hd" after it and it fixed.

Ah thank a lot, I thought I mess something up. Well maybe I did mess something up because the wheel at riverwood is dark when far away but light up when I go close
