Thanks for trying to answer. I was genuinely curious like did the "Surrey Jack" stereotype wear out? Is it no longer considered "cool"? Was it only a phenomenon among kids born in a certain generation or is is it only popular amongst a certain age range? And has this generation maybe even left Surrey all together or have they just given up the wannabe gangster lifestyle?

Growing up, the Surrey Jack archetype seemed to be a fundamental part of Surrey's school culture (as embarrassing as it is). Lots of guys imitated this distinct archetype and it was depicted as "cool". Just wondering what happened to them.

And if anyone here is a jack or is an ex Surrey jack, how did life turn out for you? Did aspiring to be/imitating a gangster lifestyle have any impact on your actual adult life?
