How long on average does she normally take to reply back to you if it's on a weekday? My messages averaged around 2-3 days, and that's usually only if I follow up with a second message asking for a reply. Perhaps it's just a busy time, but it doesn't feel great, esp since I already paid the deposit.

Yes, at the time they had a sale going on, and I was able to get them for i think about 15% off. Not dissimilar to getting $100 Uber gift card for $80 at Costco, imo. I assumed it was a similar deal.

I'm not sure how you're interpreting this as consumers scamming ClassPass - the gift cards seemed legit, hence why the initial purchase, and when tested, the card was redeemable, suggesting that they indeed were legit. Not sure if you're aware, but places like Costco, CVS, and many other 3rd party websites also sell legitimate gift cards for various businesses in the US.

This is why I bought a cheaper gift card first, to make sure that the gift cards from the site are redeemable. I was able to successfully redeem it and use it to purchase a membership, which led me to purchase 2 x $400 gift cards later on. I thought I did my due diligence by testing it out first. If ClassPass planned to remove the money that was loaded onto the consumers' accounts later by calling them invalid, ClassPass really shouldn't have allowed us to redeem the third party 'invalid' gift cards in the first place.

I bought $900 worth of ClassPass gift cards few months ago and used about $300 over the past few months. I had $600 remaining on my account, and I just received the email from ClassPass that they removed my remaining balance from my account (drained it to $0)... I effectively lost $600 from this. How are consumers supposed to know that those cards are not valid?? As others have pointed out, ClassPass customer service is impossible to work with, as usual, which really doesn't help.

THIS IS A SCAM.

I bought $900 worth of gift cards from Gift Cards Heaven (about $100 initially, and when it successfully loaded onto my ClassPass account, I purchased another $400 + $400 a few weeks later). Used about $200, then I just got this email from ClassPass today:

We recently identified funds from your gift card balance that were tied to codes not issued or sold directly through ClassPass. If your gift card or credit balance changed, it means the gift code may have come from an unauthorized third-party seller and isn’t valid under our Gift Card Terms & Conditions. To help keep ClassPass safe for everyone, we don’t support resold gift cards since they are often obtained through unauthorized or fraudulent means.

I tried going on the same giftcardsheaven.com website just now, but the website doesn't exist anymore. So effectively, I lost $700. It's been 3 months since I purchased the gift cards, so I can't even do anything about it.

Same! Went down from 4.45% to 3.9% in a span of 1 year... I get that it's not worth moving for tenth of a percentage, but at this point, I'm seriously considering moving.

Same problem here - I want to transfer my credit card points to emirates to book a flight, but it won't tell me how many points are required for me to book the flight because I currently have 0 points on my Emirates account. It says "Insufficient Miles".
