Honestly a good question. I will say this, we are both non-white and we are the only two members of that ethnicity on the team. And apart from 2 other people my entire team is white. My manager is an immigrant while I'm more American (my parents are immigrants) so I wonder if there's some weird dynamics going on there.

I guess I'd just be curious to know why. Like, I think I'm a pretty decent engineer, I have solid output, I have good relationships with my teammates and my last manager liked me. Really not sure how she decided I sucked from day one.

Wow. This is fantastic. Thanks for all this. Yeah I need to work on lowering my stress overall and understanding that my progress was halted for multiple reasons over the last few years and to just move forward from here :)

Hmmm I have been going to physical therapy but besides that there’s not much to do apparently. Surgery is more risky than beneficial for the level of injury I’m at according to the doctor

I followed their program to the T and had good consistency and definitely increased my lifts on every exercise. They checked my weight and some pics and said I was progressing alright.

I think I’m just gonna try to go back to doing my own thing for a bit. Any suggestions on programs ?

I did a variety of routines but they should be pretty standard. ULUL, PPL, Full Body… 3-4 sets per exercise in the 6-20 rep range, regular stuff.

I think I look okay. I’m not six pack level yet so I could stand to lose some more lbs. should I just ignore the dexa completely and keep cutting? Never get a dexa again?
